ChatRoom!

Guess what?! We've a chatroom! Come in and propose all manner of things-- assuming either myself or Sherlock's in, of course. If not, feel free to chat amongst yourselves~ (we'd appreciate if you refrained from planning a revolution behind our backs, though ;))

As I'm sure some have noticed, EntirelyInsane has left dA. For that matter, I am on my way out. In any case, this group has been inactive for a number of years now.

If anyone feels inclined to take over as a mod, pm me and I can offer co-founder status.

Group Info

The Cause, basically, is an indefinable group of young peoples who are interested in whatever they’re interested in: liberty, equality, fraternity, death, music, theatre, musicals, costumes, indifference to gender, Europe, art, magic, science, ravens, writing desks, rum, dragons, orphans, masks, chocolate frogs, time machines, blood-red ink, and whatever else you want. To us, there is no such thing as fiction; anything you want to be real can be, as it were. Joining The Cause is the dignified way of announcing to the rest of the world that you’re weird. But with us, weird is a good thing. Weird is brilliantastic. (O).^

We support and love:
Les Miserables
The Phantom of the Opera
Misunderstood antagonists/anti-heros
Revolutions (especially of the French variety)
Sweeney Todd
Tim Burton
MUUUUSICC~~~
Classical literature, art, music, and theatre
Imagination
Harry Potter
Theatre
History

...and lots of other stuff I've forgotten to mention.

Join The Cause. We have croissants. And if you don't join...we have guillotines.

I KNOW, it's been a ridiculously long while. I think we're probably going to wait till summer, though - sounds like a plan?

Just in case anyone wanted to download any Shoujo Cosette and you haven't already...a good deal of the episodes are at [link] (Torrent), and I gather that the rest are on Veoh.

If you didn't know.

I love Shoujo Cosette! I even made a collage of screenshots from it, in my Les Miserables gallery.

Oh, but isn't downloading things from Torrent very dangerous?

Generally yes, but these seem to be okay- I downloaded them myself and there don't seem to be any viruses. Then again, this computer does have a lot of anti-virus software, so that could be it...

And about 30 minutes after I posted this I found that all of them are on Veoh. :iconfacepalmplz: One can find them by simply searching for shoujo cosette on veoh. /sigh.

Well, mine does as well, I'd think, but still. I'm paranoid about computer problems. And internet safety. and all that.
...Do you have to download them off Veoh, too, or can you just watch them?

Is there a limit to how many pieces of art you can submit per day?
Reply
:iconscribblesigee:
Not at all, you can submit as many as you want... but if you submit too many we may ignore them. ^^;

Ha, taller than the popular thought. 5'6" - 5'7", ish. There was a discrepancy between the French and English systems of measurement. GOSH DARNIT. :(

Ah, but they are metaphorical croissants, my dear. Like the Dark Side and its cookies, y'know?

But if you insist...*hands you a piping hot, melt-in-your-mouth croissant* There you go. :D
